Track: Daniel Rossen – Waterfall

When I heard Saint Nothing, I thought it was Daniel Rossen’s only solo work so far, but I was wrong. Back in 2009, Rossen recorded a wonderful cover of Judee Sill’s Waterfall. The track was released in the album Crayon Angel: A Tribute to the Music of Judee Sill, via American Dust. Enjoy.

Daniel Rossen announces solo EP

Daniel Rossen, from Grizzly Bear and Department Of Eagles, has announced the release of an EP titled Silent Hour/Golden Mile. It will be out the 20th of March via Warp.

March will be a good month, first Andrew Bird’s new album is announced and now this.

Track: Grizzly Bear – Boy From School

I usually try to post about new music, but I recently stumbled upon this and I couldn’t resist. Grizzly Bear covered Hot Chip’s Boy From School in a Triple J Radio session. Nothing like one of my favourite bands playing one of the songs I used to hear obsessively some years ago. Enjoy.
